Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Vinyl Wales. We appreciate your business. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We understand there can be issues with both used and new records, so please get in touch if there is any damage, pressing flaws or if the record isn’t the one you thought it was.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it, if it was a new, sealed record it needs to be return unused
- In the original packaging.
Used Vinyl: Please note that used vinyl records are graded according to industry standards.
If the record does meet the grading we’ve done, we prefer to sort out a partial refund rather than a return, but understand if its not Near Mint, you might not want it.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to both the item and the packaging. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@vinylwales.com and send your item to: Vinyl Wales, 26 Market Street, Haverfordwest SA61 1NH
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items that are clearly marked as non-returnable
Preorders
Preorders can be cancelled, so we can allocate the record to stock, though if its something that you’ve specifically ordered then we encourage you take the item !
Once the item has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
