Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders and product availability. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to the UK because of continued challenges with tax and tariffs shiping overseas. You can order internationally via discogs using our store under the ‘coreofthepoodle’ name.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Vinyl Wales is not directly liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping but we will assist if there have been problems with the courier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Vinyl Wales is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist you in any way we can to resolve the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Vinyl Wales is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
